The All India Senior Selection Committee at its meeting held earlier in Kolkata, has selected the following team for the first Test against the West Indies, to be played at Delhi from 6 November 2011 to 10 November 2011 - M S Dhoni (Captain), Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, V V S Laxman, Yuvraj Singh, R Ashwin, Pragyan Ojha, Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Virat Kohli, Varun Aaron, Ajinkya Rahane and Rahul Sharma
